Practical Information

What are the check-in and check-out times at the holiday village?

Check-in for villas is available from 4 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out must be completed by 10 AM on the day of departure.

If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, please contact us before your stay. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

The entire Anatura Ardenne estate is pedestrian-only.

However, you can access your villa by car upon arrival and on your departure day. For the rest of your stay, a large car park is available free of charge in the centre of the village.

Two charging points for electric vehicles will soon be available.

All bookings at Anatura Ardenne include bed linen, which is a standard service and cannot be removed.

Towels are not included but can be added as an optional extra.

To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, we offer several catering options:

  • Breakfast hampers (available for collection at reception)
  • Aperitif baskets
  • Catering menus (must be ordered at least 72 hours before your arrival)

Yes, dogs are welcome at Anatura Ardenne! We allow up to two dogs or cats per villa.

A fee of €35 per pet, per stay, applies and will be charged upon arrival.

Please note: Each villa has a terrace, but the garden area is not fenced.
