GENERAL CANCELLATION TERMS

Any cancellation of a reservation, whether total or partial, must be made in writing (letter or email).

By booking your stay directly with Anatura Ardenne, you benefit from free cancellation up to 1 month before the arrival date (excluding administrative fees).

• If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
• If you cancel between 15 and 1 day before arrival, 90% of the booking amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
• In case of a no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be charged and is non-refundable.

As a guest of Anatura Ardenne, you also benefit from a cancellation guarantee that allows you to cancel your stay free of charge (excluding administrative fees) if you are unable to travel due to illness, death (first-degree relative), job loss, or pregnancy complications. This is only applicable upon presentation of official supporting documents and if the cancellation is made at least 2 days before your scheduled arrival date.

These cancellation conditions do not apply to private sales, flash deals, and promotions distributed through our tour operator partners, nor to flash sales offered by Anatura Ardenne.

Modification Terms:

• Up to 15 days before the arrival date, you can modify your reservation free of charge, subject to availability and a possible adjustment of the stay price.
• Less than 15 days before the arrival date, additional fees will be charged for the administrative processing of your file (always subject to availability and a possible adjustment of the stay price).
