The price of a stay at Anatura Ardenne depends on the season, the length of your stay, and the villa you choose. You can select from villas accommodating 4, 6, or 8 guests.

What types of accommodation are available at Anatura Ardenne?
Our houses are premium villas, fully equipped for your comfort. Spread over two floors and built with sustainable, eco-friendly materials, these villas are tastefully furnished and come with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
You can choose from villas for 4, 6, or 8 guests. The 4-person villas feature a shower, while the 3- and 4-bedroom villas include both a shower room and a bathroom with a bathtub. You also have the option of booking a pet-friendly villa or a hypoallergenic villa.
Are the accommodations and holiday village suitable for guests with reduced mobility?
Unfortunately, our accommodations and holiday village are not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The entire domain is pedestrian-only but includes numerous staircases, and each villa has a staircase leading to the bedrooms.

Why do I need to provide a credit card number to guarantee my booking?
To secure your reservation, we require a credit card number. This allows us to confirm your booking and ensure that your stay is prepared under the best possible conditions. Additionally, the guarantee will be held on this credit card. Your payment details are processed securely, and you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your stay.
What are the cancellation options?
A non-refundable fee of €30 is charged at the time of booking.
Beyond this fee, cancellations are free up to one month before the arrival date.
If you cancel 30 days or less before arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be charged and will not be refunded.
If you cancel 15 days before arrival, 90% of the booking amount will be charged and will not be refunded.
If you cancel on the arrival day or in case of a no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be charged and will not be refunded.
These cancellation conditions do not apply to private sales, flash deals, or other promotions offered by third-party partners.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to settle in and make the most of the facilities. Check-out is required by 10:00 AM.
If you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, please let us know—we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability on the day.

How does the digital key work?
All the details will be included in your booking confirmation. Shortly before your arrival, you will receive an email explaining how to access and use the digital key. You can also find these instructions on the Anatura app
Is there a concierge service on site?
Not directly, but our reception team is available every day to assist you with anything you may need. They will be happy to help you book restaurants, activities, or shows, ensuring your stay is perfectly planned and stress-free. Additionally, an emergency contact number is available outside reception opening hours.
Is there a luggage storage facility at the holiday village?
At present, there is no luggage storage available. In the future, a complimentary luggage service will be provided, allowing you to securely store your bags before check-in or after departure. This way, you can make the most of your stay without any inconvenience.
What are the reception opening hours?
Opening hours vary depending on the season and are displayed on the information board at reception as well as in the app, which is updated weekly.
Low season opening hours:
- 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
During peak season and school holidays, the reception is open daily.
What amenities are available in the villas at Borzée?
Each villa features a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, a home automation system with pre-set lighting and heating scenarios, a smart TV, a hairdryer, a Senseo coffee machine, a vacuum cleaner, and a barbecue… You can find the full inventory list here. If you choose the optional comfort pack, you will also receive bath towels, shampoo, and soap.
Are dogs allowed in the holiday village?
Pets are welcome in our holiday village, with a maximum of two per villa. A surcharge of €35 per pet, per stay applies and must be paid on arrival. Please make sure to mention your pet (dog/cat) when booking.
Can I add or remove a pet from my booking?
This depends on the availability of pet-friendly accommodations. The cost est de 35 € per pet, per stay..
If you decide not to bring your pet, this amount will be refunded, but only before your arrival. No refunds can be processed on-site..
Is the holiday village suitable for families?
Absolutely! You can stay in a four-bedroom villa for up to eight people and rent an adjacent villa if you’re travelling with a larger group. With multiple bathrooms and toilets available, you can enjoy a sociable stay while still having your own private space.
Are towels and bed linen included?
Bed linen is included in the rental price and cannot be removed. It consists of:
- A duvet cover
- A pillowcase
- A mattress protector
- Towels
Can I pay in cash at the park?
Yes, but with some restrictions. You can pay in cash at::
- The mini-market
- The bakery service
- The bike rental shop
Please note that we do not accept €100, €200, or €500 banknotes.
Your booking must be paid for in advance. Cash payments are not accepted for stays or additional services exceeding €200.
What is the deposit amount, and how can I pay it?
A €300 deposit is required upon arrival.
Payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa ou Mastercard) : A pre-authorisation is taken, but no amount is charged.
- Cash : Only if you do not have a credit card.
What documents do I need to present upon arrival?
At check-in, please provide:
- A valid identity document
- Your booking confirmation
- A credit card (or the deposit in cash)
Check-in hours: Between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
If you expect to arrive late, please contact reception to receive late check-in instructions.
What is the purpose of the key card provided at check-in?
Your key card allows you to:

- Open the barrier once to load and unload your luggage
The village is pedestrian-only, and parking near the villas is not permitted.

No. The minimum stay is three nights.

Do the holiday villas have a view of nature?
All villas feature a terrace with a view, though not all offer a direct panoramic outlook.
When booking through our website, you can check the park map and select your villa based on availability.
Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes! All villas have free Wi-Fi, accessible without a password via the Anatura-Guest network.
Do the villas have a wood-burning stove?
Yes! You can purchase firewood and kindling at the reception.
What should I do if there is a technical issue in the villa?
During reception hours: Please report it at the front desk.

Accessibility
How do I get to the holiday village?
Le Hameau de Borzée is most easily accessible by car. From the E25 motorway, take the Baraque de Fraiture exit towards La Roche-en-Ardenne, then follow the signs for Borzée.
Please note: Unfortunately, there are no bus connections.
Is it easy to park at Anatura Ardenne?
Our holiday village is entirely pedestrian. We kindly ask you to park your car in the central parking area. Upon arrival and departure, you may drive up to your villa to load and unload your luggage. Free parking spaces are also available for visitors.
Is the estate close to the town centre?
Our holiday village is set in a lush natural setting, offering a full immersion in the beauty of the Ardennes. You can walk to the nearby village of Maboge, where you’ll find a café and a chip shop. Shops and other villages are only accessible by car. The town centre of La Roche-en-Ardenne is an 11-minute drive away.
Can I charge my electric vehicle at the holiday village?
Coming soon: Anatura Ardenne will offer two charging stations located in the central parking area.
Which towns are near the estate?
La Roche-en-Ardenne and Houffalize are 8 km away.
The nearest towns include Bastogne, Durbuy, and Marche-en-Famenne.
Dining
Does the holiday village have one or more on-site restaurants?
At the moment, only a small restaurant, Le Clos René, is available in Borzée. It is open exclusively during the summer season, from 12:00 to 18:00.
A restaurant will open at Anatura Ardenne at the end of 2025.
Is it possible to dine at Anatura Ardenne?
Oui, Yes, we offer several dining options: :

- Catering menus (to be ordered at least 72 hours before your arrival)
Is breakfast available at the holiday village?
We do not serve breakfast on-site, but you can pre-order breakfast hampers for 1 to 8 people.
Our breakfast hamper for two includes:
- Croissants and bread rolls
- Cheese, jam, and Ardennes cured ham
- Eggs and yoghurt
- Homemade seasonal fruit compote
- Fresh orange juice or organic apple juice
- Butter, coffee or tea, milk, and sugar

Does the holiday village have a swimming pool?
Anatura Ardenne does not have a swimming pool. The nearest indoor pools can be found in La Roche-en-Ardenne or Houffalize.
Is there a wellness area in the holiday village?
From 2026, Anatura Ardenne will feature a dedicated Cinq Mondes Spa for a complete wellness experience. For this year, you can enjoy the wellness centre at L’Alu, located just 5 km from the village.
Are there any villas with a jacuzzi?
No, none of the villas include a jacuzzi.
Is there a gym in the holiday village?
No, there is no gym on-site. However, fitness facilities are available in La Roche-en-Ardenne.
What are the main attractions and activities near the village?
The surrounding area offers a variety of attractions and activities:
