Unless a longer retention period is required or justified by law or by compliance with another legal obligation, for example 10 years for accounting documents, Anatura Ardenne will retain your personal data for a period of 18 months from the last contact with the holiday village in the case of a prospect and for a period of 24 months in the case of Anatura Ardenne customers in order to achieve and fulfill the purposes described in the “Privacy Policy” statement, in section “3 – Use of personal data”.

 

8 – Your privacy rights

In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD: No. 2016-679), users of the Site may make use of their rights relating to the protection of privacy, as set out below:

Data collected and stored via the Site is hosted by an outside company, MEWS SYSTEMS SARL, which provides Mews with a PMS solution to simplify hotel management and optimize operations.

Mews has implemented appropriate organizational, technical and physical measures to ensure the protection and security of all information collected by its Services. Mews has obtained numerous certifications.

Despite our best efforts, no method of transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. Consequently, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware of a security breach, we will inform the users concerned so that they can take appropriate action. Our incident notification procedures take account of our legal obligations, whether at national or European level. We are committed to keeping our customers fully informed of all matters relating to the security of their account, and to providing them with all necessary information to help them comply with their own regulatory reporting obligations.

No personal information of the user of the Site is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred or sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties.
